You’ll need to look at your Excel:Open action, and determine the Session name, then use that Session name to close the Spreadsheet. There is no action that closes the spreadsheet by its filename.

+7each one of those have different “window titles” that identify the open document (pdf, excel, folder)
The Window Package has a action, “Close All” which should close all open windows on your desktop.
