word window opening error

tried opening a word window using the following code

but its still not opening the window even if it is running already and giving the following error

There was a problem at line 460

This may be due to the following reason: Unable to find '.docx - Microsoft Word' because the application is not running. Exception occurred at line number 354. You chose to mark the bot as 'Failed' in case of any encountered errors. To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

    HI @siddhantbaikar780,

     

    Looks like you haven’t used command to open the word application. Hence you are getting the error. You need to use “Open Program/file” command from the “Application” package and put the path of the word file in “Location of the program/file” field. After that you can use the other commands to work on it.

    Use the wildcard as *.docx instead of just .docx in the Window title.
