A360 Document Automation unable to abort

Hi Team,

 

We trained document automation learning instances, that bot remains in active state.

We couldn’t able to abort it

 

We tried to

  1. Stop the bot
  2. Move into history
  3. Restart the bot agent service
  4. Deleted the learning instance
  5. Uninstall the bot agent

 

 

But still we can see the bot in active state

Hi Karthik,

 

We have faced the same issue , what i do is

  • Uninstall bot agent
  • Delete the global cache
  • With Admin access delete the device
  • Re install and connect device

Worked for me, you can check this
