Hello, everyone. I'm currently facing a problem with the 'recorder' not working. This error is 'Error performing single capture' and for details, see 'Recorder has experienced an internal error. Please stop recording and try again.'

It is not captured, and even the red border is not visible.

 

These symptoms occurred suddenly.

It has not been resolved since.

​

My environment is as below.

 

────────────────────────────────

OS - Windows 10

AA Bot Agent - 21.134.13020

Chrome - 102.0.5005.63(Official build) (64bit)

────────────────────────────────

 

Here's what I found in the logs: 

Exception getting control information from point

Unexpected error sending message to process stdin

Pausing Recorder gui on error

 

I also tried reinstalling the Bot Agent, but to no avail.

 

Can someone please help on this issue?
