I’m unable to watch any videos on university.
I tried watching in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - it doesn’t play in any of these.
I cleared cookies and allowed third party cookies, but it doesn’t help.
Would you be able to help what else I can do to watch the videos?

Hmmm. I would say something is not allowing the content to come through. Are you connected to your company’s VPN while trying to view this video?
We may be able to determine what is blocked by looking at the F12 developer tools menu, but we already know the video isn’t coming up.
Try this direct link to the video itself and see if it gets blocked:
