Date-Time Issue in Control Room: Incorrect Time Offset in Actions

I'm encountering an issue in Automation Anywhere where the date-time retrieved from APIs or during file inspections is consistently an hour ahead. This affects all actions that involve grabbing date-time information. Has anyone else faced a similar problem or has any insights on how to resolve this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @braddealey 

The returned datetime information from API maybe are UTC.

Example: https://apeople.automationanywhere.com/s/article/A360-How-to-collect-view-Bot-start-times-and-end-timings-apart-from-Historical-activities-pane

Verify if your VM has correct timezone and the data sent are in correct format  or if exists daylight saving .
