Can you elaborate more on what you are trying to accomplish?

From what I understand, the Fn key handling happens within the keyboard. In other words, the actual computer is not aware of the Fn key in most cases.

The purpose of the Fn key is to be combined with another key to simulate an existing key on a full-sized desktop computer (or a specialized multimedia key on more complex keyboardS). Which leads me to wonder, what is “Fn+Page down” trying to emulate in your terminal? I would think that instead of sending the Fn key combo, you could instead just send the target key that is being simulated by the Fn combo. But I am confident you have already considered this. So again, I am curious about the specifics of your situation.
