AA V 11.3 - Send Email command unable to send attachments files of size in 15 MB

Hello Team,

We are getting ‘UnDeliverable...’ error messages from AA V 11.3 SendEmail commands, when we tried to attachment multiple Images of size exceeding approximately 15MB totally.

But if the same files sending from Outlook application by manual method is working fine without any error.

Is this the limitation of AA V 11.3 ? what is the maximum allowed attachments size from RPA SendEmail command.

 AAE Client does not impose any limits on the file type or size. But same would be imposed from the email server configured to send mail.

AA Send email command hand over data to the server and server will share email to recipient.

For troubleshooting you can first try to send email with attachment using outlook or outlook web to confirm the max size of attachment.
