Document Automation is installed simultaneously with the Control Room [ Install Latest version of CR i.e .27 ]. Configure the users, roles, and devices, and connect the Control Room with Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface.

+5So without AARI is not possible to access Document Automation? I think I’ve set up everything, except I don’t have access to AARI. I cannot wrap my head around the documentation.

Its possible you will not get AARI benefits, Its recommend use AARI in collaboration with Document Automation for End to End processing.
