Please help me, because in my old laptop everything was fine, I removed that device, install everything on this new laptop and then this message appeared.

Thanks for share the screen shot here.

  1. If your username is part of a domain, include the domain within the format domain\username. Typically, home users are not part of a domain, unless they are specifically configured.

  2. Save the changes

Or

  1. Please open cmd and type whoami
  2. the username will be visible in cmd
  3. Just, copy and update it in the bot agent
  4. https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/enterprise-cloud/topics/control-room/devices/cloud-add-local-device.html

Please let me know if this works for you.

Thanks!
