Hey developers! I'm giving you an inside look at the top 5 new features in Automation Anywhere's .34 release, built to make your automation workflows smoother and more powerful. Whether you're looking to streamline processes or add some serious smarts to your automations, this update has you covered. Take a look below at the top 5 features I am covering, and be sure to check out the video!

#5 - Shadow DOM Automation
At number 5, we have support for automating Shadow DOM elements. If you've worked with modern web apps before, you know how challenging it can be to interact with components encapsulated inside the Shadow DOM. Well, say goodbye to those struggles! With our new Shadow DOM automation capabilities, you can precisely target and control any UI elements living in the shadows. This adds excellent precision, stability, and versatility to your web automations.

#4 - Enhanced Child Bot Debugging
Next up at number 4 - major enhancements to child bot debugging. We've significantly improved the debugging experience when working with nested automations and complex workflows. You now have far more control and visibility to troubleshoot issues and resolve them faster. As a developer, solid debugging tools are invaluable!

#3 - Schedule a Process Automation
And coming in at number 3, we have the new Process Automation Scheduling feature in Automation Anywhere’s .34 release! This update allows you to schedule processes directly from your Control Room, eliminating the need for repetitive manual tasks. By setting processes to run automatically, you’ll increase efficiency, maintain consistency, and reduce errors across operations. With a straightforward setup and role-based permissions, your team can focus on high-value tasks while keeping everything on track in the background.

#2 - BPMN to Bot Conversion
Coming in at number 2 is the ability to generate automations directly from BPMN files. BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is the standard for documenting business processes. With this new feature, you can take those visual process diagrams and automatically convert them into Automation’s within your Control Room. No more manually translating between documentation and code - just import and automate. It's a seamless bridge between process modeling and Automation development.

#1 - AI Agent Studio
And finally at number 1 we have...AI Agent Studio! This innovative tool lets you integrate generative AI models directly into your automation workflows. Just connect to cloud services like Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Google and start building intelligent AI-powered agents. You can fine-tune the models, evaluate their performance, closely monitor all AI Interactions, and leverage AI to automate real tasks - all from within the Automation Anywhere control room. Artificial intelligence just became much more automated!

There you have it - the top 5 developer features to level-up your automation game with the .34 release. I'm eager for you all to get your hands on these powerful new tools and capabilities. Let me know in the comments which ones you're most looking forward to using!
