IQ Bot will officially sunset in March 2026

We wanted to keep you informed about an important update: IQ Bot will officially reach its End of Life in March 2026. This means that after this date, there will be no new updates, support, or maintenance for the product.

If you are currently using IQ Bot on-premise, this announcement does not affect you, and you can continue using it as per your license.

Here’s what you need to know as we transition away from IQ Bot Cloud:
 

• Support & Updates Until March 2026: You will continue to have access to support, critical fixes, and product documentation until March 2026.
• Explore Document Automation: We’re excited to introduce our AI-powered Document Automation product as a seamless alternative! This new solution integrates into your automation processes and offers powerful capabilities for document data extraction.
• IQ Bot DA Bridge Package: We’ve also introduced the IQ Bot DA Bridge package, which will allow you to run your “As-Is” learning instance setup within Document Automation. You can export the learning instances and import them in Document Automation.
