Where exactly is allow fast switching?

​@spandana 4141 It will automatically switch when you connect your Bot Agent to the new control room. 

I tried to connect and its downloading a new bot agent.

In the settings > Dei​​​​​​vices > credentials I already saving my device specific username and password. After saving, i don’t see any default devices or local device options to connect to.

If i try to install the agent again, it’s asking for an permission elevation. 

​@spandana 4141 Check your Settings > Apps > Installed apps to verify the Bot Agent is installed on this computer.

If it is, you may have installed with only local credentials. In that case, you will have to uninstall and reinstall the Bot Agent. I recommend installing for “All Users” which does require privilege elevation.

On the other hand, a Bot Agent may not be necessary for everything you’re doing as part of the AIAE Cert. Only Task Bots and testing AI Skills requires a Bot Agent. Everything else does not.
