When trying to run a process, It is getting stuck at AI agent

When trying to run a process, It is getting stuck at AI agent connecting to device and later getting failed aftersometime, but when i run the AI agent alone , rather than running with the process it is working fine.

    ​@daniel.george Check all the nodes, not just the last one, for information. Click on the failed node and see what it says. Check the Audit and Activity sections in the Control Room. Your answer is somewhere in there.

    ​@Aaron.Gleason Thanks for the reply. The failed node is not showing any information it is just showing Process “ status Failed so not able to troubleshoot where the issue is. and in the activity session it only shows connecting to device and no error.
