Week 2 is where you go from understanding to building and strategizing. Last week you learned what agentic process automation is and why it matters. This week, you start making things. Check out the introduction to week 2 below, then dive into the trails.

🛠️ Certification Track: Access courses in University

Learning Path 1: Building Automations and Tools for Agents
This one is foundational. You'll learn how to build the Task Automations and API Tasks that agents actually rely on to get work done, including when to use each one and why it matters for performance and scale.
[Heads up: "Building with Foundational Automations" includes 87 minutes of required content plus 199 minutes of optional content. If you're newer to the platform, the optional lessons are worth your time. If you've been building for a while, you can move through them faster.]

Learning Path 2: Building Intelligence Capabilities
This path is where automation gets smart. By the end, you'll be able to:

  • Explain what Document Automation is and how it fits into the broader Automation Anywhere platform
  • Extract and interpret data from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents
  • Configure and apply AI Skills to bring LLM intelligence into your workflows
  • Describe how RAG works and why it produces more accurate AI outputs
  • Build RAG-enabled workflows that pull from your organization's own knowledge bases

💡 Strategy to Action Track: Access courses in Mission Control

Learning Path: Building a Business Case
This week is about further establishing your use case idea and turning it into something defensible and executable. You'll learn the AIM Framework, apply it to a real opportunity in your organization, and understand how agentic automation changes the ROI conversation. Your Business Case phase actions are as follows:

  • Getting Familiar with the AIM Framework
  • Learn How Agentic Process Automation Impacts ROI
  • Apply the AIM Framework to Your Program

@jane.neasham Hello Jane. Sorry, the Bot Agent can only be connected to one control room at a time. If I had to choose, I would keep it connected to your organisation’s control room because most of the topics in the Pathfinder Training Camp don’t necessarily need a Bot Agent active.

Check with your company’s CoE to see if they have fast control room switching enabled in the settings. If they don’t, see if they will enable it -- that will allow you to just connect/reconnect whichever control room you want. If they don’t want to enable that option, stick with just connecting to your organisation’s control room.

Thanks Aaron … could you tell me how to enable the fast control room switching please, I can’t see it as an option in the settings.

@jane.neasham Here ya go, Jane. This information is only for system administrators. This is not a setting available to regular bot developers.

@Akshay.M2_1 You allocated multiple accounts to yourself. Please only use one. Any inactive accounts were disabled.

Created Learning Instance under Document Automation tab, but when I am trying to process documents and hit view status, its immediately marking as Failed. Please advice on this issue. Is it Macbook issue? I am completing my trainings using macbook

@Sparimi Simplify your learning instance. Find what is not allowing you to process documents. It's probably some AI feature that is blocked by your system administrators.
