Voucher qualifications issue

Hi Team,

When I am navigating to Voucher Verification and Allocation page am getting Sorry, Vaibhav. It appears you are not qualified for the voucher.

If you believe you are qualified for some other reason, please contact our Community team with your name, email, and AAU email.

My name is Vaibhav Budhiraja, email id for AAU is VX001084210@techmahindra.com.

Please help me to get the voucher so I can attempt the assesment.

I also faced almost same issue yesterday even after completing all the videos in capstone project it is still saying not completed. As they mentioned please email your issue to Community@automationanywhere.com team.

Hi all,

I was having the same problem. The issue was that, in the most of the learning paths, I have just clicked on the videos without the previous clicking on the “Enrol” button at the top of the page.

On the picture below there is no “Enrol” button on the marked area because I have already enrolled/completed the all paths but find and click on “Enrol” button first.

Hi @dean.hubak ,

The issue is that when I’m starting the Capstone project module I haven’t clicked on Start but directly clicked on the first video in the course.

Now I tried clicking on start in Capstone project module and all videos in that course status changed to completed, I got my certification voucher.
