user logged in error when running first task bot

Hello everyone, I am taking the Building Foundations in Automation module and following the video step by step to create my task bot." When I click Run, it starts deploying and shows "notifying device," but then fails with error ba user logged in, message "user not logged into machine." I'm using Windows 11 with a connected bot agent, registered device, and I can log into Windows with my password. This is my first bot in the Pathfinder Academy environment. Is there any additional configuration required for the device, bot agent, or control room? Thank you.
