Upload and Use Knowlege base documents in the AI Agent

How can we upload or configure the Knowledge Base documents and business rules required for an AI Agent and AI Skill in Automation Anywhere Control Room? Also, could you please guide us on where these documents/rules should be stored in the Control Room and how the AI Agent/Skill can access them at runtime?

@jyotsnarpa The Control Room is not a RAG. Instead, check out ai.automationanywhere.com. You can make a free account there. You may have to use REST Web Service calls to access it as we do not allow you to create custom AI connections.
