Unable to upload files to Knowledge Base

Hi Team,

I’m currently building a Knowledge Base for an AI Agent use case and am unable to upload files successfully.

Issue: When I try to upload a file to the Knowledge Base, I receive an “Upload failed” error. I have tested this with both TXT and PDF files, but the same error occurs in each case.

Could you please advise what may be causing this issue and whether there are any specific file requirements, permissions, or configuration settings that need to be enabled for Knowledge Base uploads?

@abhishekp What is “the Knowledge Base”? Are you referring to ai.automationanywhere.com? Do you have a screenshot of the error?

@abhishekp Unfortunately, this is a co-branded site that I have no troubleshooting information about. I might recommend trying another RAG system.

Are the AI certification submissions still being evaluated? I haven’t heard back since i submitted on October 2nd.

You have passed but make sure you’re working with your own submission files and not working with your co-workers. Please send an email to learning@automationanywhere.com for your certificate.
