Hi Team,

I am unable to run the AARI bot and am encountering the following error:

Error: generic.server.exception

I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Could someone please help me identify the root cause and resolve this issue?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

@arunkumarkasa Pathfinder accounts don’t have the ability to run Co-Pilot (nee AARI) processes.

Hi @Aaron.Gleason  ,

Until this morning, I was able to run the AARI Copilot process without any issues. However, I'm now encountering the error shown above whenever I try to run it.

As we were provided Control Room access for practice purposes, I wanted to check if there have been any recent changes to permissions or configurations that might be preventing us from running AARI Copilot processes.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and advise on how to resolve it?

Thank you!

@arunkumarkasa AARI/Co-Pilot requires permissions and a separate account that you don’t have.

HOWEVER, thank you for the screen shot: That shows that your question is more that you’re unable to run Mozart Orchestrator Processes.

To test this out, create a very simple Process with just a single Task Bot or Form or something. If that works but your other Process doesn’t, that gives us something to try.

The other thing you can do is to export the Process and send it to my email aaron.gleason@automationanywhere.com and I’ll look over the export to ensure there isn’t something that got corrupted behind the scenes.
