Request for Assistance – AI Skill Missing from AI Agent Tools

I’m currently working on my AI Automation Engineer Certification project in the Automation 360 Sandbox, and I’m facing an issue with AI Skill integration in the AI Agent.

Could you please help investigate and fix this issue?

Issue

When I create or edit an AI Agent and go to:

Tools → + Add tool

the available options are only:

• AI Agent
• Process
• Task Bot
• API Task
• Form

The AI Skill option is completely missing.

This is happening even with a brand-new test AI Agent, so it does not appear to be related only to my existing certification Agent.

Checks I have already performed

• Control Room: Automation 360 v41 / Build 51018
• AI Skill package: GenAIPrompt 12.0.14
• AI Skill package status: Default
• AI Skill package availability: Enabled for all users
• Bot Agent: 23.0.32
• Tested in a Chrome Incognito window — AI Skill is still missing
• Created a new test AI Agent — AI Skill is still not available under + Add tool
• Created a new test AI Skill — the Structured Output section is also not visible

I have attached screenshots showing the current package configuration, availability, and the AI Agent's + Add tool menu for better visibility.

Could you please check whether this is related to:

1. My user role/permissions,
2. AI Agent/AI Skill feature enablement,
3. Sandbox/tenant configuration, or
4. A Control Room UI/platform issue?

If any permission or feature needs to be enabled for my user, please make the necessary changes.

I would appreciate your help in getting AI Skill available as an AI Agent tool, as this is required for my certification solution.

Note: A couple of days ago, I have tested my entire end-to-end solution successfully with 9 test case scenarios passed. Today, when i’m trying to test the same for documenting the same, getting this issue. Due to this my project submission was delayed.
