​@DilanPe Your action plan defines the tools and the order they're called with IF THEN logic. This is better served as a Process than an AI Agent.

Make your AI Agent autonomous. Don't tell it what to do.

What this means is that your AI Agent’s prompts (usually the “action plan”) should not read like logic. It should read like instructions you would give a human. Don’t say “use this sequence: open the file, if this value is > 5 do this otherwise do this.” We have a video that outlines best practices that appears before the submission page explaining this.
