All,

There seems to be a number of learners who are assigning the role of AIAE to their OAuth connections. Please do not do this:

You are essentially giving everyone in the Control Room, access to your Google applications.

Instead, you will see a role that's specific to you that starts with “user-” followed by your username:

The video specifically states:

“Navigate to a role that is in my name”

Whereby, I proceed to search for a role that contains my username. To make this super clear, the video will be updated in the University.

Please Note:

I will be systematically going through all of the OAuth connections in the Control Room, every day, and removing the AIAE role for your own security.

- shouldn’t you set up an automation to do this?  🤣
