Hi @madhukesh.telkar ,

Please make sure that your username under Users folder in the control room (Private Tab) should be in UPPERCASE. Because our admin has already configured that our username in UPPERCASE in Public Tab. Hence, here the username is case-sensitive.

Thanks & Regards,

Omkar Dornala

@madhukesh.telkar This question has been asked 54,321 times. Please don’t post a new thread.

Your username is case sensitive:

Q7sHt3147360

The username shown in the bottom left corner is all lower-case letters and is not correct.

Your files must be in /Bots/Users/Q7sHt3147360 (and subfolders) to be checked in.

@madhukesh.telkar I see the paths of 4 of your 7 dependencies. Are the other 3 in the correct folder? Meanwhile, I will check the status of your Public folder.

@madhukesh.telkar Looks like your Public folder got deleted. I recreated it and reattached it to your account. Along with the proper case in your folder, you should be good to go!
