Documentation Files Not Accessible in Public Repository

Hi,

I would like to confirm whether I’m following the correct process for submitting the documentation files.

As per the submission guidelines, I created my solution folder under:

/Bots/Users/{my username}/<Solution Name>/

and created a Documentation subfolder containing my .docx and .pptx files. I built the solution in Private and then checked everything into Public.

The .docx and .pptx files are now visible in the Public repository with Status = Public, but I don't see an option to Open or Download these files from the Public repository. They are shown as Type = Other.

My questions are:

  1. Is this expected behavior for .docx and .pptx files in the Public repository?
  2. Will the evaluator/admin be able to access these documentation files when grading the solution?
  3. Do I need to enable any specific permission, such as Download data files, for the evaluator to access them?
  4. Or is simply having the files checked into the required /Bots/Users/{username}/<Solution Name>/Documentation folder sufficient for the certification submission?

I just want to make sure the solution is correctly submitted and accessible to the evaluator before I submit the certification form.

Thanks in advance!

@DishaSachdeva I appreciate your question.

  1. Yes.
  2. Yes.
  3. No.
  4. Yes.

As long as the files are checked into Public, we can access them.
