Clarification Required on Automation Anywhere Username for Folder Structure

Hi Team,

I would like to clarify the username that should be used while creating the required folder structure in AA control room.

The Automation Anywhere login username provided to me is:

32351DEB

However, the username displayed in the Control Room is:

32351deb

Since the username is mentioned as case-sensitive, could you please confirm which username should be used while creating the folder structure?

Use the username displayed next to the profile icon in the Control Room.

THAT IS INCORRECT. Use your case sensitive username from your credentials email. The one displayed in the lower left corner is cast to lower case.
