Hi Team,

We have recently completed the six-week Pathfinder Training Camp, and has now prepared the Use Case Implementation Plan Template/documentation as part of the Agentic Use Case submission guidelines.

Before we proceed with the submission, could someone please clarify the following:

Where exactly should we submit the completed Use Case Implementation Plan/documentation?

Is there any email ID to which the Use Case Implementation Plan or supporting documents should also be sent?

Is the Use Case Implementation Plan sufficient for the initial submission before starting the implementation of the use case.

@Aaron.Gleason  Where should we submit the Use Case Template document? Should we send it via email? If yes, could you please share the relevant email IDs? Or is there any other platform/process we should use?

@rjpande245 This is outlined in the pages leading up to the submission. Short version: Put it in a Documentation folder in the Control Room.

@Aaron.Gleason  Thanks for your response. Could you please confirm the path in the Control Room? Should I upload the document under Automation → Private → Bots → Documentation?

@rjpande245 That’s outlined in the pages leading up to the submission.

Short version: /Bots/Users/{your case-sensitive username}/Documentation
