Clarification on Agentic Solution Submission – Use Case & Submission Process

Yes, I’m also seeing the $250 payment option when I try to register for the exam. I haven’t received the voucher yet, so I wanted to confirm whether I should wait for the voucher before proceeding.

I’ve also raised this with the Automation Anywhere University Support Team to clarify the next steps. If I receive any update from them, I’ll share it in this thread.

Are we expected to choose our own real-world use case and build the Agentic solution for it? If yes, what criteria should the use case meet?

Yes. The real-world use case MUST be Agentic. That means the AI Agent must be present, it must have access to multiple tools (more than just 1), and it must choose those tools autonomously. No scripted prompt telling the AI Agent what to do.

Once completed, where do we submit/upload the solution and documentation?

You can upload the files to your Public folder in the Control Room just like your automation files. You can also use a HTML/MD file to point to the YouTube video you created. Please narrate the video, don’t just point at things in the video and expect us to understand what you’re doing.

How will I receive the $250 voucher for the certification exam?

Shortly, we will be posting a page in the AIAE Certification with a link to a validation page. This page will verify that you’re qualified for the free voucher, then allocate a single-use code specifically for you. You will then return to AAU and enter the voucher code into the system. Stay tuned.
