Agent Running non-stop after automation task fails

I am trying to test my AI Agent for submission but it seems like there is something wrong with my opportunity intake form as its not returning any data and agent keeps running and failing. How can i stop the agent from running.

​@Olaoluwa Daramola In your agent screen, in the left menu select Requests > All requests. Click the three-vertical-dot menu and select the red Delete option.
