Hi Team, I am not getting the Agent Connection option in the Control Room under the AI menu. Additionally, I am unable to create a new Model Connection. Could you please check and provide the required permissions/access? Please provide the required Check-in permission so that I can move my bot from the Private environment to the Public environment.

Hi Team,

Hi @jajati.panda ,

Regarding your second query, the folder shown in the previous screenshot is different, so I suggested checking that thread.

I also have another suggestion: try creating the folder under the Users section using the exact username you use to log in to the Automation Anywhere Control Room. I noticed there might be a case-sensitivity issue with the username. Please make sure the username, Password and CR link provided in the email at the beginning of the cohort exactly matches the username used to log in to the Control Room.

@jajati.panda All accounts have the maximum permissions we can safely give in a shared control room like this. We will not be adding additional permissions.

Ensure your folder names are case sensitive when checking in your automations.
