We're about to embark on an incredible journey at Automation Anywhere Pathfinder Summit 2025. 🚀 Let me be your virtual tour guide and show you how to make the most of this epic three-day event!

Logging in

Our virtual summit runs on the Bizzabo platform, which provides an intuitive way to access the agenda and join sessions. To participate, you'll need to register for the event and receive your ticket. Once registered, you have two easy ways to log in:

  1. Email Confirmation Link -> The simplest method is using the link in your registration confirmation email (subject line: "Registration Confirmation to tevent name]"). Just click the button in that email for instant access - no password needed!
  2. Ticket Number and Email -> Alternatively, click the "Login" button on the Agenda page and enter your ticket number and registration email. You'll find your ticket number in your confirmation email. If you don't have your ticket number, send an email to community@automationanywhere.com and we can send it to you.

 

Getting Started with sessions
Ready to blast off? Click that "Let's Go" banner at the top of the page to enter our Virtual Event Venue. You'll find a day-by-day agenda of sessions running from January 21-23. Don't forget to save your seat for the sessions that spark your interest.

 

 

Pro tip: Networking sessions are filling fast! If there's one you'd like to join, but its full, be sure to click the heart to favorite it. Then check back often to see if any seats open up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joining and Engaging in Sessions
Starting on the 21st, you’ll click on the “Let’s Go” button to enter the Virtual Event Venue. Watch for the "Join Now" button that appears when your registered sessions go live. You will be able to enter a virtual waiting room a few minutes before the session starts.

 

 

Once inside the session, you have three main ways to connect:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Ask the Speaker: Launch your burning questions into the speaker stratosphere (our mission control team will ensure they land safely)
  2. Chat: Connect with other attendees in your sessions and share your insights and "aha!" moments
  3. Direct Messages: Part of what makes a conference great is the people you meet along the way. You can direct message other attendees to continue your conversation and build your professional network.

Did you score a spot at one of our many networking sessions?
Awesome! These are limited to a total of 16 people each to ensure everyone has a chance to speak. Be ready to have your camera on, and mic ready! No virtual backgrounds available, but hey, you can always blur your background if your office looks like it was hit by a robot tornado. 😉 If you signed up for a networking session but cannot make it anymore, please take it off your agenda so someone else can join.


 

Missed a session?
Don't worry about it - many sessions will be available on demand shortly after their completion, and we'll be creating a virtual library after the summit.
