If you are already leading automation initiatives, enjoy mentoring peers, or advocating for Automation Anywhere, then you may be interested in getting more involved with Pathfinder. Within the Pathfinder Community, we offer two leadership programs designed to expand your impact: Community Captains and Most Valuable Pathfinders (MVPs).

Both play an important role, but the difference lies in how you want to contribute and where you want to focus your energy.

Community Captains bring people together around shared automation interests. If you enjoy facilitating conversations and creating learning spaces, this path may be right for you.

As a Community Captain, you:

  • Plan and host user groups (virtual or in-person)
  • Lead discussions on use cases, trends and best practices

A single meetup can spark ideas that elevate entire automation programs, and Community Captains create those moments.

The MVP program represents our highest level of community leadership. MVPs combine deep expertise with a commitment to inspiring others.

As an MVP, you:

  • Share use cases through community content
  • Provide product feedback
  • Speak at Pathfinder Summit and other community events
  • Participate in monthly MVP meetings
  • Mentor peers and serve as advocates of Automation Anywhere

MVPs are trusted voices in the community who help shape innovation.

Both roles include exclusive benefits such as early feature access, direct connection to Automation Anywhere teams, recognition in the community and a global peer network.

Take the Next Step

Applications are open through March 15, 2026. Submit your Program Leader application, and we will work with you to align your goals with the best program path.
