VOTING CLOSED: The 2026 Pathfinder Swag Vote Is Live

Every February, I’m reminded of something pretty great about this community.

You show up.
You have unique perspectives.
And you care about what represents us.

That’s why we’re back for our third annual Pathfinder Community Swag Vote. Once again, you get to decide which design becomes our official Pathfinder shirt for the year. But first, let’s take a look back at our past winning designs.
 

Two years of community-selected swag

Over the last two years, the community has voted, commented, debated, and proudly worn the winning designs.

As we head into 2026, the technology landscape has changed, and so has our community! We’re very excited to introduce three new (and very different!) designs for you to vote on.
 

Meet the 2026 contenders

When we went to the drawing board to come up with ideas, we had a few requirements: the designs needed to feel representative of this moment in time, they need to feel like our Pathfinder community’s spirit, and... well, they need to look good. We hope you love this year’s options.

And so, without further ado, here are this year’s design options:
 

Agentic by Nature

For Pathfinders who orchestrate complexity and lead with confidence.

This is the shirt for you if you’re the kind of person who leans into complexity instead of backing away from it. You like understanding how all the pieces fit together. You think in systems, orchestrate across teams, and aren’t afraid to let agentic automation take the lead where it makes sense. This design is a playful but powerful nod to autonomy, coordination, and confidence—because Pathfinder members don’t just keep up with change…we steer it.
 

 

Less Sigh. More AI.

For Pathfinders who love the challenge of turning an idea into real, measurable impact.

This shirt is for the people who don’t just talk about what could be automated—you actually do something about it. You spot inefficiencies and, instead of accepting them, you use AI and automation to cut through the noise and turn good ideas into solutions that work in the real world. You focus on what will actually move the needle, building momentum one outcome at a time. You never stop at possibility. You turn ideas into impact, creating progress your organization can see and feel. Not someday. Not eventually. Now.

 

Pathfinder Field Guide

For Pathfinders who know great automation takes more than great technology.

This is the shirt for you if you appreciate that successful automation is never just one thing. You know it takes strategy and delivery. Governance and creativity. Skills, change, measurement, and people working together. This design celebrates the full ecosystem behind great programs—and the many different roles Pathfinder members play along the way. It’s for the builders, the leaders, the connectors, and the steady guides helping others find their path.

 

How voting works

Anyone can read this blog post and have an opinion on these designs, but the only people who have a say in the selection are those who vote. 

To vote in the poll below, you need to create a free Pathfinder account (or login to your existing account). 

Of course, if you’re new here and don’t yet have an account, there are so many benefits you’ll unlock after creating one! You get free access to all of our University courses, can interact with community members in our forums to get and give support, receive invitations to virtual and in-person events, and so much more.       All designs look fantastic. It’ll be great to have the AA logo prominently featured alongside the main design (rather than the left sleeve) to ensure we are not just branding the Agentic theme in general, but also remind folks that AA offers solutions for them.

          I voted for the Pathfinder Field Guide as my # 1 choice. I’m an outdoorsy person, so I really enjoyed the connection to nature field guides and to my everyday work - total collision of worlds.

          My second favorite is the Agentic by Nature - again playing on my love for the outdoors and nature - and octopi being so intelligent and multi-facetted.

          It was a tough decision this year. Great work putting the designs together! 😀

              I like ‘Agentic by Nature’ because I think about automation in terms of autonomy and intelligent execution. I enjoy building solutions where AI agents can handle workflows independently and efficiently. Automation Anywhere’s vision of Agentic Process Automation truly resonates with how I see the future of automation evolving.”

                Pathfinder is more informative. The others mention AI, but pathfinder give intelligent informative info - like someone who knows a little about AI, instead of just dropping the topic around.
