Welcome to the Pathfinder Newsletter — your quarterly update from the Pathfinder Community.

Hey, Pathfinder. Scroll down for the details on all the cool things happening this quarter (spoiler: Pathfinder Summit takes the spotlight on October 27th & 28th and spots are limited! Make sure to snag your ticket now!)

Release News for .41

Your automations are only as good as the features powering them. This quarter, we gave our Product Team 5 minutes each to pitch their newest features, focusing on the problem, the fix, and why it matters to you.
👉 Check it out here

What can you expect during the session? The theme this quarter is around giving you more control over every automation you build, run, and trust. Here's what's new:

  • Improved Knowledge with Richer Context and Smart Updates — Your knowledge base stays current without the manual grind. AI automatically surfaces resolution knowledge buried in support tickets, suggests updates at the section level, and uses location context to return more relevant answers to your users.
  • Mozart Orchestrator Enhancements + New Connectors — A cleaner canvas, smarter path logic, and new native connectors for Box, Slack, and Okta mean less time wiring things together and more time building workflows that actually run.
  • Document Evaluations — Stop guessing whether your document automation is working. Set ground truth data, measure extraction accuracy across versions, and catch issues before they hit production.
  • MCP Inbound: Governance and Traceability — Every automation triggered by a third-party AI agent is now fully logged, traceable, and auditable. You get the visibility; your compliance team gets the paper trail.
  • Operations Centre with Custom Dashboards — One place to see everything running across your automation landscape, with customizable dashboards you can actually share with stakeholders who need the data.

What’s happening in the community

The spotlight this quarter is on Pathfinder Summit. So, let me explain.

On October 27-28, Pathfinder’s virtual event is back, and this year we're going all in on agentic process automation. Two days. Six arcade games. 75+ sessions. Free Enterprise Control Room access. Whether you're just starting to figure out where AI fits in your organization or you're already building agents and want to level up, there's a track for you. We've got hands-on builds, technical deep dives, change management strategies, keynotes, community awards, and live games where you get to prove (and practice!) your skills.

What does this mean for you? Each game scenario drops you into a real business problem — AML investigations, month-end close chaos, RFP overload, medical imaging queues, and more— and you work through the technical and business challenges together. It's a type of learning situation where things will stick. Not only that, the hands-on sessions and full overview of the business problem helps you see every part of the solution so you understand the tools and strategy involved.

Tickets start at $5 for individual access, and if you're bringing your team, the Multi-Player Pack gets five people in for $20. Want the full experience? The Game On tier ($25) gets you early hands-on registration, a certification voucher for Advanced or AI Automation Engineer, limited edition swag, and Pathfinder Cheat Codes. Bringing the whole squad? Premium Multi-Player covers a team of five with all of that, per person, for $100.
