A few months ago, our MVP Michal Wrobel proposed an idea: how can we get Automation Anywhere customers based in Phoenix together for a day of learning and collaboration?

We took on the challenge, working closely with Michal and his team to host an event in early June and the results were fantastic: we had nearly 30 automation professionals join us for a full day.

What made this community event work:

  • We dove deep into the Pathfinder Framework, providing attendees with a roadmap scaling AI and automation programs from those first small wins to full enterprise transformation. Plus, attendees got the inside track on exclusive community resources and upcoming events designed to accelerate their journey.
  • The conversation about moving beyond traditional RPA to APA kept everyone’s hyper-engaged. The key takeaway? AI is a powerful sidekick enhancing automation, but humans remain essential for confidence and exception handling.
  • Ian Long from Albertsons shared use cases that brought real world automation wins to life from FinOps improvements to innovative leak inspections and smarter e-commerce processes. Ian showed that by shifting our ways of solving problems, organizations can drive greater efficiency and exponential innovation.
  • Matt Stewart shared the blueprint for building a Center of Excellence (CoE), spotlighting how governance, risk management, and skill-building fuel sustainable automation success.
  • The energy and engagement from the everyone was electric, with vibrant discussions and ideas flowing, setting the stage for even more collaborative sessions ahead.

We’re pretty confident we now have a blueprint for future Pathfinder Meetups. So that leads me to a question for the community: Which city should we visit next?
