I have completed the  Essentials Automation Developer Certification and received the certification via email .But certification details are not updated in my profile and also  Advanced Automation Developer Certification was enabled to attend the exam. Kindly help ASAP

@Ganga 42  I just checked with our support team to get some help for you. Here are the steps they suggested to find the certification details in your profile:

  1. Login to the learning portal with the credentials.
  2. After the login Please click on " Activity" Tab ("+" symbol).
  3. You can see 4 tabs " My Learnings" "Learning Path" "Completed" and "Completion Certificates”.
  4. Under the "My Learnings" kindly search for the Certification " Advanced Automation Certification - 2024" you will be able to continue to the course from here.

I have completed the  Essentials Automation Developer Certification and received the certification via email . But when paying  for the   Advanced Automation Developer Certification  exam its asking me zipcode  of 5 digits but in india we use 6 digit zip code  how can i pay for the exam ???

My mistake. I took the Essentials test. I thought it was the advanced test since I clicked on the link to take the advanced test. I remember it was only 40 questions though so it was definitely not the 60 question Advanced test. Please disregard the above comment/delete if possible.

If I purchase the certification during the promotion period but complete the certification after the promotion has ended, will I need to pay the remaining discounted amount after the promotion ends?

@allimack You can purchase the exam now and complete the training and certification later, even after the pricing returns to the standard amount.

My exam got closed in between for both sessions. How can we re-appear post 2 attemps.
