The Automation Anywhere Pathfinder Community offers two distinct leadership programs that enable you to make a meaningful impact on the automation industry: Community Captains and Most Valuable Pathfinders (MVPs). Each leadership program provides unique opportunities to shape the future of automation while building valuable connections within the global community. Let's explore how these programs differ and which path might be right for you.

Community Captains are the driving force behind community engagement, focusing on creating opportunities for hands-on learning and collaboration through user groups or developer meetups around topics they are most passionate about! These passionate automation professionals:

  • Plan and host community events like user groups or developer meetups — either virtually or in person
  • Lead discussions all about automation topics and industries
  • Connect with peers through our exclusive Community Captain group

The program requires Community Captains to host four (4) events per year and participate in quarterly meetings. If you are passionate about bringing people together and creating engaging learning opportunities, the Community Captain might be the right option for you!

Most Valuable Pathfinders (MVPs) represent the highest tier of community leadership, combining deep automation expertise with a commitment to industry advancement. MVPs are:

  • Dynamic leaders and innovators in the automation field
  • Active mentors and knowledge sharers
  • Contributors to product feedback and development
  • Speakers at Imagine, user groups, developer meetups and industry events

The MVP program requires a greater commitment to more extensive engagement, including:

  • Contributing regular blog posts and use cases
  • Participating in monthly MVP meetings
  • Having a presence at community events
  • Serving as customer references

Consider these factors when choosing your leadership path:

  • Community Captains focus on facilitating events on specific topics or by industry
  • MVPs emphasize broader thought leadership and product innovation
  • Both roles offer exclusive benefits, including early access to features and recognition
  • Time commitment and focus areas differ between the roles

Whether you're passionate about creating learning opportunities as a Community Captain or ready to shape the industry as an MVP, both paths offer valuable ways to advance your career while supporting the automation community.
