In August, Community Captain Prashant Chougule hosted our monthly APA user group alongside Shrigouri Jumnalkar, one of our MVPs, and Inacio Fernandes, another Community Captain. During this session, they shared HireSense, a system developed by Tangentia, that automates on HR processes with AI. 

Key Highlights

Shrigouri shared how HireSense automates HR tasks, making busy HR teams more efficient from onboarding to offboarding. She painted a picture of an AI-driven future where HR processes are seamlessly integrated, leveraging a robust knowledge base filled with company policies and procedures.

Inacio Fernandes took us behind the scenes, offering a glimpse into the technical architecture that powers HireSense. He explained how he used GPT-4.0 for indexing and responding to user queries. Inacio showed the integration of RPA bots and API calls; this is the backbone that facilitates seamless operations, such as resume processing and job posting. 

During the session we saw a live demo that showcased the capabilities of HireSense from job description creation, resume screening, to automated onboarding, witnessing firsthand the magic of AI.

The demo illustrated how AI agents can drastically reduce the time spent on manual HR tasks, providing real time responses to employee queries and transforming traditional workflows.

The session concluded with a discussion on the importance of early adopters and change management, emphasizing the collaborative spirit needed for successful AI implementation.
