Our Community Captain Prashant Chougule, hosted an engaging session that brought together our Community. Joining him were Shrigouri Jumnalkar, one of our MVPs, and Inacio Fernandes, another Community Captain, who both shared their expertise during our August APA Strategy User Group.

The User Group session was a journey into the innovative world of Agentic Process Automation (APA). The event highlighted the transformative power of AI in HR processes through a comprehensive showcase of HireSense, a very innovative HR system developed by Tangentia.

Key Highlights

Shrigouri shared how this solution automates HR tasks, making them more efficient from onboarding to offboarding. Showing an AI-driven future where HR processes are seamlessly integrated, leveraging a robust knowledge base filled with company policies and procedures.

Inacio Fernandes took us behind the scenes, offering a glimpse into the technical architecture that powers HireSense. His explanation of using GPT-4.0 for indexing and responding to user queries. The integration of RPA bots and API calls was explained as the backbone that facilitates seamless operations, such as resume processing and job posting.

During the session there was a live demo that showcased the capabilities of HireSense all through job description creation, resume screening, and automated onboarding, witnessing firsthand the magic of AI.

The demo illustrated how AI agents can drastically reduce the time spent on manual HR tasks, providing real time responses to employee queries and transforming traditional workflows.

The session concluded with a discussion on the importance of early adopters and change management, emphasizing the collaborative spirit needed for successful AI implementation.
