Pathfinder Program’s Solution Pattern Modeling Framework Provides a Methodology for Scaling the "Types" of Automations You Create
Solution Patterns provide consistent language and thought patterns to categorize, build, enable, and deploy automations. As automation programs continue to mature, we find that the customers who are having the greatest success in operating their programs at scale are leveraging more advanced solution patterns to expand their efforts across their enterprise. For example, Run Remote Via Schedule is a solution pattern, but it’s just one of the ways that an automation can be deployed, not the only way. Of the 27 Pathfinder sessions we held previously, this concept alone led to customers to add POCs/follow-ups to their 90-day action plan sessions to include an explanation with example use cases of each of the nine most common solution patterns as well as two to three demos. Each solution pattern presented in this breakout session will include access to follow-up content such as SDD templates, permission/license requirements, and a sample framework/bot shell.
