They are the spark keeping the Pathfinder Community ablaze, so it was about time we took a beat to really get to know each one of our MVPs better and share their unique stories with you!

How Vatsal Would Describe What He Does

Vatsal and his team at HEDEHI Solutions support customers from ideation to delivering innovative automation solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate human potential. Whether it’s RPA or AI-powered implementations, HEDEHI’s mission is to empower organizations with the tools and knowledge to automate smarter and scale confidently.

Biggest Professional Achievement to Date

Starting his career as an Oracle developer and pivoting to RPA in 2015, Vatsal built his expertise from the ground up creating bots on weekends, earning recognition as a Top 10 Bot Creator at Imagine 2018 and ultimately founding HEDEHI Solutions in 2023. 

Fun Facts

• The most adventurous thing he’s ever done is paragliding in the Himalayan valley. Skydiving and bungee jumping are next on the list
• His colleagues would describe him in one word: dynamic
• The most surprising thing people don’t know about him? He’s a songwriter and composer with 12–15 songs written and composed in Hindi, plus a couple in English
• He lives in Pune, India, with his wife and twin daughters

With over a decade of automation experience, Vatsal brings deep technical knowledge to everything he does. He firmly believes rpa is the foundation for apa. At HEDEHI, he and his team are already building multi-agent infrastructures and working to deliver end-to-end automations that were previously out of reach.

If Vatsal had one piece of advice for someone new to automation, it would be:

“Start implementing. Start small and then scale it up. Learning is a continuous process, and technology is changing every three to six months. If you’re not keeping track of what’s changing, it will hurt you eventually.”

Vatsal in the Community

Vatsal, also known as @Vatsy, is an enthusiastic member of the Pathfinder Community. He has spoken at many of our online community events, include User Groups and Pathfinder Summit, and you can catch him in person at many of our in person meetups. He and his team also completed the Agentic Bounty Challenge, where they built their very first AI agent. He’s a regular at Imagine and says he’ll never miss it. Beyond events, Vatsal takes advantage of learning opportunities through the University and training camps, and often supports his peers in their own learning by sharing additional content, resources, or lessons he's learned first hand.

What’s Next for Vatsal

Vatsal and HEDEHI Solutions is focusing on the transition from RPA to APA and are building the capability within their team to deliver agentic automation solutions for their customers. He’s invested in creating awareness around AI adoption, addressing data security concerns head-on and helping customers scale their automation programs. 

Vatsal continues to expand HEDEHI’s training program, ensuring every new hire earns certifications, completes real world use cases and is ready to build the automations of tomorrow. As Automation Anywhere’s proud partner, he’s excited about what comes next and shows no signs of slowing down.
