You’ve seen them quite often around the Pathfinder-verse, heard them speak at events or virtual meetings, maybe even dialogued with them in a forum thread—they’re our Most Valuable Pathfinders! Expertise / Specializations
Pradeep is your guy for technical expertise. In his day-to-day, he works with ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce and chat bots, and leverages Automation Anywhere’s Control Room and workload management tools. He’s learning more every day about generative AI and is eager to dive deeper into Automation Anywhere’s Document Automation tool after having used IQ Bot in the past.
He doesn’t have one piece of advice per se for someone new to automation, but sees a big opportunity gap in the college system for students to be learning about automation and RPA much earlier. Not long ago, he encouraged a friend of his to learn RPA and now that friend is teaching RPA to his university students. Pradeep would love the opportunity to get involved with university students to not only teach the fundamentals of automation, but also set-up labs where he can provide them hands on training and mentorship.
Pradeep in the Community
You can find Pradeep active in nearly every corner of the professional automation community. Locally, he attends in-person developer meetups. Online you can find him active on LinkedIn—posting challenges, doling out advice in forums, and participating in Bot Games. Pradeep also loves product testing and we at Automation Anywhere often have the luxury of his feedback during our beta tests as we are preparing to release new updates and tools to our suite of services.
What’s Next for Pradeep
Pradeep is working to move up to a Solution Architect role in his organization, and he specifically hopes to work more with chatbots and generative AI technologies.
Thank you, Pradeep, for letting us all get to know you better. And thank you for your continued contributions to our Pathfinder Community!
