Nelson Guerrero currently serves as the Senior Manager and Principal Automation Architect at onsemi. With over 20 years in automation, including a focused 5 years harnessing the power of Automation Anywhere, Nelson has dedicated his career to transforming the mundane into the magnificent. His approach? To strip away the repetitive tasks that dull the sparkle of the workplace, reintroducing excitement and joy into the professional lives of many. 🚀

  • Most people are surprised to find out that Nelson would classify himself as an introvert. He doesn’t mind being a social butterfly, but values the quiet time to recharge.
  • If Nelson could only eat one meal for the rest of his life, he would choose fruit. If you asked him 20 years ago, he would have told you pizza! Fruit is definitely a healthier option!

If Nelson had one piece of advice for someone new to automation it would be:

"Keep your mind open. Be accepting of change. Things change, usually for the better. Don't get frustrated; there are multiple ways to solve a problem."
