By accessing or using the Agentic Process Automation Features (“APA Features”), you agree to the following terms (the “APA Trial Terms”): 

1. Eligibility.
   Your organization must be an existing customer of Automation Anywhere in good standing to participate in this Free Trial. 

2. License Grant. 
   Automation Anywhere grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the APA Features in a limited quantity (in your Control’s Admin tab) and at no cost during the trial period (the “Free Trial”). 

3. Trial Term. 
   The Free Trial will expire on January 15, 2026, unless extended by Automation Anywhere in its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Upon expiration of the Free Trial, continued use of the APA Features may require a paid subscription under an order form. 

4. Governing Terms. 
   Your use of the APA Features is governed by the existing agreement between Automation Anywhere and your organization (the “Governing Agreement”) for the provision of your Control Room. If no such agreement exists, your use is subject to Automation Anywhere’s Intelligent Automation Agreement. 

5. AI Terms. 
   In addition to the Governing Agreement, your use of the APA Features is also subject to Automation Anywhere’s AI Terms available at [insert hyperlink for the AI Terms page], which govern acceptable use of AI-related functionality. 

6. Authorization. 
   You represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these terms and bind your organization to them.
