Hi Team, 

"Bot Runner JavaScript" Status is getting failed. I reinstalled the agent and closed the browser and reopened. Tried with Chrome and edge browsers. Extensions enabled and Device status is connected. Still facing the error. Am I missing something? 

 

update or again add the Automation Anywhere extension and allow that extension to run javascript from the browser settings.

Also just cross check with this subject title “Your credentials for Agentic Process Automation Training Camp”. It sometimes appears in spam folder.

If you have cross verified that you haven’t received it yet, contact the above email id as mentioned. They will surely provide you the same.

I also got the similar error message when I first run with simple message box task.

I suggest you delete the added device. Go to Manage → devices → delete your device → add it again from the same screen. This works for me. 

Give it a try and lets us know.

Is this the same on your end?

Any other JavaScript setting that block it like IT policy?

Is it possible to install ERIC in an existing Control Room? Or is it mandatory to connect a new control room for the APA Training Camp?

​@Sudha 6895 make sure you enter your username and password for the device by going to My Settings:

ERIC is just a means of ensuring your laptop and corporate network can connect to the Automation Anywhere Control Room which we host to complete the APA Training Camp. If you have your own Control Room, you likely don’t need ERIC as you already have access and connectivity.

could you quickly check this please?

Then you can check if the ‘Credentials’ Username is correct.

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type "cmd" and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
3. Type "echo %USERDOMAIN%" and press Enter. This will display your domain name.
4. Type "echo %USERNAME%" and press Enter. This will display your username.
