How to Level up in Pathfinder: Your Pathfinder Flight Plan

Your journey through the Pathfinder Universe isn’t just about learning, it’s about earning, leveling up, and unlocking exclusive opportunities along the way.

You earn points by actively participating across the Pathfinder ecosystem by doing things like:

• Completing courses and learning trails in University
• Engaging in the Pathfinder Community
• Downloading automations from the Agentic App Store
• Playing and practicing in Agentic Quest
• Exploring insights and resources in Mission Control
• Submitting reviews on platforms like G2, Peerspot, Gartner RPA, and Gartner General (email us here and let us know when you complete these!)

Some activities like engaging in the community or completing quick learning modules may earn 5 points, while more advanced actions such as completing major certifications, contributing high-impact assets, or submitting feedback reviews can earn 10 to 500 points.

There are many ways to grow your impact. Whether you take small steps consistently or go after larger milestones, every action moves you forward.

Important things to know about points

• Most points are awarded automatically
• Some activities may take up to a week for points to appear
• Points expire after two years so maintaining engagement is necessary to maintaining status
• Some points are not automatically updated in the system and require you letting us know you completed the task (ie. reviews, use case submissions, etc.)

Pathfinder ranks & point thresholds

Here’s how your journey progresses:

• Ground Control: 0 points
• Cadet: 1 point
• Navigator: 40 points
• Flight Specialist: 325 points
• Mission Commander: 1200 points (split between 2 Pathfinder systems)
• Pathfinder Advocate: 2,500 points (split between 2 Pathfinder systems)
• Premier Pathfinder: 5,099 points (split between 2 Pathfinder systems)
