Below are the definitions of each member tier, and the descriptions of how to reach them. While we provide a general idea of the requirements for each tier, we intentionally do not disclose specific numbers of topics or replies to encourage quality contributions over quantity. Your tier will show up next to your user name.

 

Ground Control | Tier 1: New members who are just starting to explore the Pathfinder Community.

  • Requirements: 1 login.

 

Cadet | Tier 2: Members starting to engage with the community through their first contributions.

  • Requirements: 1 topic posted.

 

Navigator | Tier 3: Members who have demonstrated ongoing participation and interaction.

  • Requirements: Consistent engagement through replies and topics.

 

Flight Specialist | Tier 4: Active members who consistently share content and provide feedback.

  • Requirements: Increased engagement with replies, topics, and completion of a the G2 review.
    • To complete a G2 review, go HERE. Complete the review and take a screen shot of the email once your review gets approved. Please note, the screenshot must include date, name, email, and email content to qualify. Then, send the screenshot to me (Lu.Hunnicutt) in a private message in the community by clicking on my name at the top of this post, and clicking "Send Message."

 

Mission Commander | Tier 5: Members contributing meaningful content and sharing real-world experiences.

  • Requirements: Significant engagement through replies, topics, completing a Peer Spot review, and sharing a use case that can be shared as a Community Spark.
    • To complete a Peer Spot review, go HERE. Complete the review via phone, and let us know you’ve completed it by sending me (Lu.Hunnicutt) a private message.
    • To submit a use case, please use the Use Case Template. Then send me (Lu.Hunnicutt) a private message in the community with the information included. Use cases that qualify will be turned into Community Sparks only if you confirm we can do so.

 

Pathfinder Advocate | Tier 6: Highly active members who regularly promote the community.

  • Requirements: Extensive engagement, a social media post about Automation Anywhere, and Gartner Review completion.
    • Once you reach this tier, we will send you a link for the Gartner Review. For both the social media post and Gartner Review, take a screenshot of the post  and the Gartner review submission page, and send me (Lu.Hunnicutt) a private message by clicking on my name at the top of this post → Send Message

 

Premier Pathfinder | Tier 7: Veteran members making a significant impact on the community.

  • Requirements: Exceptional engagement and contributions, including a total of 2 use cases, and 2 social media posts.
    • For the social media posts, take a screenshot and send me (Lu.Hunnicutt) a private message by clicking on my name at the top of this post → Send Message
    • To submit a use case, please use the Use Case Template attached to this post. Then send me (Lu.Hunnicutt) a private message in the community with the document attached. Use cases that qualify will be turned into Community Sparks.
