This can take up to 48 hours to go out, but I’m looking into this and will send you an email opening a ticket. 

On one of the post it was communicated: It generally takes 24-48 hours to come through. If you still haven’t received it after 48 hours, please email community@automationanywhere.com

Even I have not received my certificate. Dropping an email to the above email address now though as it is more than 4 business days.

I got the links to APA Developer and Leader Masterclass which was completed in April 2025. Still did not get the certificate link for Document Automation Training Camp On Demand which I completed this month. Attaching a snip below:
 

Got response thrice and everytime, I got the old certification links for APA Developer and Leader Masterclass and not Document Automation Training Camp On Demand. 

And I see I am not the only one facing this issue Hope it gets fixed soon.

Not sure if this is because of the scheduled Migration to new AA university platform.

I’m pinging them on the side. Stay tuned. It could very well be due to the migration. Let me put in a ticket and I’ll keep this top of inbox.
