I haven’t received my electronic badge/certification for Document Automation masterclass yet. I have sent email as well on 18- Aug. Please check this urgently.

Normally the support team should revert within 24hrs to 48hrs. Since it is more than a week in your case, ​@Lu.Hunnicutt can help you with it.

 

Also, it is worth to check the status of your Badge within the Accredible as the AA Certificates & Badges are hosted there.
