Hello Guys, Anyone aware how to encrypt the data in AA360 work queue so that confidential data like Acc No, Payroll Number etc. can’t be seen to anyone through control room.

Hi @Vishal 3180 

At this point of time don't think we have this feature in A360. We can mask the data before sending it to Queues.

@Vishal 3180 A simple option would also be to review access and roles to ensure the queue data is kept only for users with the required access
