i login my account, check my desktop machine name(whoami with cmd) and also password

but starting bot, that windows appear and stop the task

how can i solve this problem..?

Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :

 

Click on Windows+R

Type services.msc

Hit Enter

Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service

Right Click and Restart

i solve this problem like under sequence

connect CR server with admin account -> Manage -> Devices -> Deployment -> check the 'Single user'(Regular)

 

it checked before 'Multiple users' so it arouse the error.
