Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :

Click on Windows+R

Type services.msc

Hit Enter

Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service

Right Click and Restart

then, how can see the 'bot agent' in A360

is it download program?

i solve this problem like under sequence

connect CR server with admin account -> Manage -> Devices -> Deployment -> check the 'Single user'(Regular)

it checked before 'Multiple users' so it arouse the error.

your opinion also give me a help,
